Yoga at 3500
Come work it out. All levels, all welcome, all free. Just bring a mat and dress comfortably.

Pilates at 3500
Core-strengthening exercises based on Joseph Pilates’ method. Balls provided, but please bring a mat.
WED: 12-1pm

Tae Bo® Fitness
Free class with a certified instructor. Mixes cardio and strength training. Wear gym shoes and bring water.

Family Sing-Along/Story Time at 3500
For kids and parents: come for a story under the tree, and stay for a few runs down the slide.

Knitting Classes
Beginning and experienced knitters are invited to come and learn new skills. Materials provided for beginning knitters. Classes will take place in the Atrium near the Auditorium from 10am-noon on the second and fourth Saturday of each month.
Child Birth Class
Join other expectant families and learn everything you need to know about the child birth process from a certified instructor. Please register by email before March 11.

Improve your online networking, resume and interview skills through this three-part workshop with experts in the HR and online media fields.

The No Name Band will cover classic rock from A to Z, sprinkled with a few originals.

First Friday of the month from 7-10pm
Watch a movie in the Auditorium and engage in lively discussion on its spiritual and philosophical messages. 18 and up.
